How Do I Cancel My Subscription?


🚨 Please Read This First

We totally understand that things change, and if you’re thinking about canceling your membership, here are a few quick (but important) things to know:

TIP: Don’t delete your account before canceling your membership. Once an account is deleted we can’t bring it back, and we won’t be able to process any cancellation or recover your details.


Cancelling on Desktop

Step 1: Navigate to Settings, located in the bottom left of your screen.

Step 2: Once you're in your settings, access the Membership & Purchases tab and click Manage Subscription.

Step 3: Click on Manage Subscription and, once the following menu loads, click on Cancel Subscription (located at the bottom of the menu).

Step 4: Once the sidebar opens, you have two options: to either Pause or Cancel your subscription (See THIS Lesson to Find Out How to Pause your Subscription).

Step 5: If the offers given to you to pause your subscription don't interest you, navigate through the menus until you've reached the final screen. To finish cancelling your subscription, click Confirm Cancellation.


Cancelling on Mobile

For our mobile app members who made their purchase through the:

  • Google Play Store, please follow the cancellation steps outlined by Google HERE.
  • Apple App Store: f you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, follow the steps indicated by Apple HERE.
