🌟 Need a Break? You Can Pause Your Membership

We get it, life happens. Whether you're heading off on a well-earned vacation, recovering from an illness, celebrating something special, or simply taking time to recharge, hitting pause on your musical journey is totally okay.


Pausing your membership lets you take a break without losing your progress or access to any lesson packs you've purchased outright.

Here’s what to expect when you pause


  • Flexible pause length: Choose a pause duration that works for you, typically anywhere from one to three months.

  • Keep your login access: You’ll still be able to sign in to your account and revisit what you own. While your membership is paused, Members area content won’t be available, but it will be waiting for you when you’re ready to return.

  • Automatic restart: Your subscription will resume automatically once your selected pause period ends, and billing will pick back up from there.

Heads up: For now, membership pauses can only be done through the Musora website.

Step-by-Step Account Pause Instructions

Step 1:  In the upper right-hand corner, click your profile picture

Step 2: From the drop-down menu select "Account"

Step 3: Go to your "Account Details" on the website

Step 4: Scroll down to locate your membership details and select the "Manage Subscription" option:


Step 5: Choose "Cancel Subscription"

Step 6: Set the Pause duration you would like from 1 month to 3 months

Step 7: Take note of your rescheduled billing date

Step 8: Click Pause Subscription and you are all set!
