How do I pause my membership?

Life's unpredictable moments mean sometimes we need to press pause on our pursuits. No worries, we've got your back! Pausing your account allows you to temporarily halt your lessons without losing your progress. Whether it's for a vacation, dealing with an illness, celebrating a special occasion, or simply taking a step back to recharge, we ensure a seamless process for when you're ready to resume your musical journey.


Note: Pausing your membership will need to be done through the Website at this time.

Follow the steps below to pause your membership:

When you pause your subscription, you temporarily suspend the billing while retaining access to your account and any lesson packs you own outright.


Pause Duration: You can choose how long to pause your subscription, usually ranging from a month to three months. This flexibility allows you to align the pause with your specific situation.

Account Access: While your membership is paused, you'll still be able to log into your account. However, you will not be able to access Members' area content until your membership starts back up.

Resuming Subscription: Your subscription will automatically resume once the pause period ends, and billing will start again at that time.


Ready to set it up? Follow the step-by-step instructions below to set up your account pause


Step 1:  In the upper right-hand corner, click your profile picture

Step 2: From the drop-down menu select "Account"

Step 3: Go to your "Account Details" on the website

Step 4: Scroll down to locate your membership details and select the "Manage Subscription" option:


Step 5: Choose "Cancel Subscription"

Step 6: Set the Pause duration you would like from 1 month to 3 months

Step 7: Take note of your rescheduled billing date

Step 8: Click Pause Subscription and you are all set!
