How does your return policy work?


We want you to enjoy your lessons and have plenty of time to make the most of them. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 90 days of your purchase by contacting Musora Support.


If your membership included any bonus items, the value of any shipped products will be deducted from your refund. Unopened physical items may be returned to our Musora Shipping Department with the exception of Headphones, In-Ear Monitors, The Pianote Prima and the Alesis Nitro Max. For U.S. orders, we’ll provide a prepaid return label, just reach out to us at support@musora.com. If you're outside the U.S., please contact your Musora Mentor or Support for assistance with the return process.


Once the returned items are received and confirmed unopened, unused and resalea we’ll issue the remaining balance of your refund.


NOTE:

  • All headphone and in-ear monitor purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
  • The Pianote Prima Piano and Alesis Nitro Max EKit can be returned within the initial 90-Day period; however, please note that we are unable to provide a return shipping label. In these cases, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser via a reputable courier service.
