We understand that plans change, and we want you to feel great about your Musora experience. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all first-time subscription purchases made directly through us. This gives you time to dive in, explore lessons, and see if it’s the right fit for your musical journey, risk-free.

If you decide it's not for you, simply cancel within the first 90 days and email us at support@musora.com to request your refund.

Please note: if your membership included any physical bonus items, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund total.

💰 What’s Included in the 90-Day Guarantee?

  • Applies to first-time purchases of subscriptions made directly through Musora (Drumeo, Pianote, Guitareo, or Singeo).
  • If your membership came with a bonus item (like headphones or gear), the value of any shipped products will be deducted from your refund.
  • Unopened physical items can be returned (with a few exceptions listed below).
  • For U.S. customers, we can provide a prepaid return label.
  • Outside the U.S.? Just contact your Musora Mentor or Support for help with the return process.
  • Once we receive your return and confirm that it’s unopened, unused, and in resellable condition, we’ll issue your refund.

🚫 What’s Not Covered By the Guarantee?

The 90-day refund does not apply to:

  • Any physical product that has been opened or used
  • All headphones and in-ear monitors (e.g., Drumeo Ear Drums, Pianote, Drumeo & Musora Headphones) are final sale only
  • Auto-renewals of monthly or annual plans
  • Unused portions of subscriptions outside of the initial 90-day window
  • Gift cards, gift subscriptions, or promo-code subscriptions
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play)

📦If your package took an unexpected detour and is on its way back to us—don’t worry!

We’ve got a couple of options to help get things sorted:

  • Reshipping: We can send the package out again once it returns to our warehouse. Just confirm your shipping address and phone number, and we’ll get it back on the way. Please note that additional shipping fees or duties may apply, depending on your location.
  • Refund: If a reshipment isn’t the right fit—and depending on whether the items were free bonuses—we may be able to issue a refund instead.

🎹 Special Notes on Physical Products

  • The Pianote Prima Piano and Alesis Nitro Max eKit can be returned within the 90-day window.

    However, return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a reputable courier.

  • Please contact support@musora.com for return instructions and the correct shipping address.
