How does your return policy work?
We want you to be thrilled with your lessons and have plenty of time to rock out with them! If you're not satisfied for any reason, don't fret. Reach out to Musora Support within 90 days of your purchase for a refund.
If you snagged a Membership with bonus items, we'll deduct the value of any shipped goodies from your refund. Don't worry, you can return unopened hard goods to our Musora Shipping Department. Just drop us a line at support@musora.com and we'll hook you up with a pre-paid return label (available for US orders only). If you're outside the US, no worries, just contact your Musora Mentor or support for assistance. Once our shipping team receives the items, we'll issue the rest of your refund.
And hey, just a friendly heads-up: While we're all about spreading the music love, we can't accept returns on certain products like In-Ear Monitors. It's all for the sake of hygiene, you know? We're sure you get it. Rock on!
