Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive an email from tracking@shipstation.com with your tracking number. Our Shipping Team typically needs 1–3 business days to prepare and pack everything depending on your order and the moment your order ships, we’ll send your tracking details.
Just click the tracking number in your email to follow your package’s journey.
You might also spot an extra tracking number in the updates. This is usually for the local carrier who handles delivery in your area. You can often find more details by looking up that number on the carrier’s website.
