How do I track my shipment?


It may take our shipping department a few days to gather the order, but once it's shipped our shipping department will send you an email with your tracking number from tracking@shipstation.com.

For US orders, you can track your shipment with USPS. For International orders you can track your shipment through ePost Global. Clicking on the tracking number should take you to the tracking website where you can view the history.

Within those tracking updates, you will likely see an additional tracking number for the local carrier that your parcel has been passed along. You can sometimes get more detailed information by looking up the tracking information on that website.
