How do I set up my profile?

👩 Setting Up Your Profile & Login Credentials

Step 1: Towards the bottom of the toolbar, open "Settings"

Step 2: Under "Profile Settings,", you're given options of what to change about your profile and login credentials. To change something, click on it.

Changing your Profile Picture

Step 1: Click on your Profile Picture. Once you do, a window will appear prompting you with two options: "Change Image" & "Remove Image". To change your picture, click "Change Image".

Step 2: After clicking "Change Image", you will be prompted to choose another image to set as your profile picture from your files. When choosing an image, ensure that the image size doesn't exceed Musora's photo size requirement of 5MB.

Changing Your Username

Step 1: Click on your Username. Once you do, you will be brought to another page.

Step 2: In the "Username" box, enter your new desired username. If the username is taken, the box will flash red and you will need to come up with a new username. If the username is available, the box will flash green.

Changing Your Password

Step 1: Click on your Password. Once you do, you will be brought to another page.

Step 2: Click the "Send Email" button to send an email to your attached email address. This email address will include a link that, when clicked, will give you further steps to change your password. If for some reason you haven't received this email, try checking your Spam Folder.

Changing Your Email

Step 1: Click on your Email. Once you do, you will be brought to another page.

Step 2: Enter your new email in the box provided, followed by your CURRENT password.

Step 3: Click "Send Email" . That email address will be sent an email from Musora in order to verify this change. When you receive this email, follow the instructions to change your attached email.
