How do I change my email address?

To update your email address across all Musora platforms (Drumeo, Pianote, Guitareo, Singeo), please follow the steps below. Note that this change can only be made via the web platform; the mobile app does not support email updates. Musora+1Musora+1

✉️ How to Change Your Email Address

Step 1: From the home screen, click the Settings icon in the bottom left.

Step 2: Under "Profile Settings," click the "Email" tab.

Step 3: When the "Change Email" page pops up, enter the email you wish to switch to.

Step 3a: After you've entered your new email, enter your CURRENT password in the tab below it.

Step 4: Click the "Send Email" button in the bottom left. That email address will be sent an email from Musora in order to verify this change. When you receive this email, follow the instructions to change your attached email.
