How do I change my email address?

If you're looking to update your email address, you'll need to do it through our web platform, not the app. But here's the good news: once you make the change in any of our awesome brands like Pianote, Guitareo, Singeo, or Drumeo, it'll magically sync across all our platforms! Say hello to a unified email experience that'll make it super easy for you to rock out and explore the musical wonders of our various platforms.

Step 1: Visit your Settings page and navigate to the Login Credentials section.

Step 2: Look for the 'Edit' button next to your email and give it a click.

Step 3: A window will appear, allowing you to enter your new email address and verify it by entering your current password. Once you've done that, hit 'Save' to finalize the update.
