My order is being returned to you. Now what?


If your package took an unexpected detour and is on its way back to us, fear not! We have a few options up our sleeves to get things back on track:

  1. Reshipping: We can arrange to have the package sent to you again. Just provide us with your confirmed shipping address and phone number, and once we receive the returned package at our depot, we'll have it sent back out to you!
  2. Refund: Depending on whether the items in the package were free bonuses or not, we can work out a refund for you. Reach out to our Support team HERE for further assistance!

Please note: If the package's journey was derailed by an address mishap during the ordering process, we kindly ask you to cover the costs of reshipping.
