How do I get a refund?


For online lessons, if you're within 90 days of your purchase and would like a refund, simply contact us HERE, and we'll be able to assist you in processing it!

Please note: If you're requesting a refund for a bundle that included physical items as a free bonus, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for the cost of those items. However, you can still return the physical items for a full refund as long as they remain unopened and unused in their sellable condition.


Forgot to cancel your membership before it was renewed? No worries, we've got your back! We understand that life can get busy and sometimes cancellations slip through the cracks. Just reach out to our friendly Support Team, and they'll be more than happy to assist you.


When it comes to physical items, we gladly accept returns for eligible items that are in unused and unopened condition, still in their sellable state. Simply ship them back to our Musora Shipping Department, and once we receive the items and confirm their unopened and unused status, we'll promptly issue you a refund.


Refund Timelines


Refunds are like magical money boomerangs—they usually come back to you within 3-5 business days. But hey, if you've been patiently waiting for over 10 business days and your funds are still MIA, it's time to call in some reinforcements. Reach out to your bank, and they'll use their banking wizardry to lend a helping hand.

If you paid with PayPal using a credit or debit card, refunds might take up to 30 days depending on your card issuer. But fear not! If you paid through PayPal from your bank account, the refund should shimmy its way back to you within a swift 3-5 days.
