Why can't I login to my account?

Sometimes, your Google or Apple subscription might encounter a hiccup while trying to connect to our administrative system. But fear not! We've got a solution for you.
To get things back on track, simply restore your purchases. You can do this right from the login screen of the Musora App or through the Apple or Google Play store. Just select "Restore Purchases" on the login screen, and voila! Your subscription will be magically re-synced with our systems.
