What’s Musora’s Refund & Return Policy?


We want you to love learning music! If you are a first-time annual or monthly member and decide Musora isn't the right fit for you, we will gladly refund your membership fee within the first 90 days of your purchase.

To make the process as smooth as possible, please follow the steps below based on how you joined.


💻 If you signed up on our Website


If you purchased your membership directly through Drumeo, Pianote, Guitareo, or Singeo, getting your refund is a simple two-step process:

  • Step 1: Follow these steps to cancel your membership settings so it doesn't auto-renew.
  • Step 2: Drop our Student Experience team a quick note at support@musora.com letting us know you'd like your 90-day refund.

Once our team receives your email, we will process your full membership refund right away. (Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to clear with your bank!)

📱 If you signed up via the iPhone or Android App


If you started your trial or membership inside our mobile apps, your billing and security are managed entirely by Apple or Google. Because of this, Musora cannot issue refunds for these transactions directly.

However, both platforms have simple refund processes:

  • For Apple (iOS) Users: You can request a refund directly from your Apple ID account. Follow the Official Apple Refund Guide to submit your request.
  • For Google (Android) Users: You can request a refund through your Google Play account history. Follow the Official Google Refund Guide to submit your request.

📦 How do bundled physical items work?


If your membership included a special promotion with physical gear (like a free pair of headphones or a practice pad), we've got you covered!

  • Keep the gear: If you love the items and want to keep them, you can! We will simply deduct the retail value of the gear from your total membership refund.
  • Return the gear: If you prefer a 100% full refund, just let our support team know in your email. We will provide instructions for shipping the unopened items back to us.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions


Does the guarantee apply to auto-renewals? The 90-day guarantee is designed to give brand-new students a risk-free chance to try Musora. It applies only to your initial signup payment and not to automated monthly or annual renewals.

What if I live outside the United States? The guarantee absolutely still applies to you! If you are outside the U.S. and received physical gear with your membership, please contact your Musora Mentor or our support team so we can help you coordinate the best option for your location.
